The Tim's Ford Bass Club, Tim's Ford Council and several of the area schools have teamed up this year to work together on the yearly lake clean up. Below is the press release from the Tim's Ford Council President Lois Brown...
Tims Ford Lake Beautification/Clean-Up: Volunteers are needed for the annual Tims Ford Lake beautification/clean-up activity. This event is being carried out with the participation of The Bass Club, TVA, Franklin County Solid Waste Authority, high school bass club teams and other organizations. Mark your calendars for February 11, 2017 with rain/snow date, February 25, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. initially gathering at the Bass Club for work assignments and supplies! Neighborhoods and organizations can schedule alternate dates preferably with completion by March 31, 2017. You are encouraged to organize your neighborhoods and organizations to assist. This is a great opportunity for those individuals needing community service projects and hours. Lois can provide supplies and help in coordinating activities. The Tims Ford Council meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 26, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Bass Club located at 1500 Highway 130, Winchester, TN. All Per Ms. Joni Anderton the Take A Kid Fishing Rodeo normally held the second weekend in July at the Bass Club in Winchester TN has been CANCELED for 2015 due to lack of funds....

The 2015-2016 Season starts in July....if you are wishing to join the Tims Ford Bass Club this is the time to come on board. July 2, 2015 at 7:00 pm is the first meeting of the year.
The first six regular season tournament dates are set allowing all to plan: ***Lakes are still chosen at the regular meeting by four members of the club***
The remaining dates will be chosen by the membership during the December regular meeting.

Tims Ford Bass Club “OPEN” Classic presented by Phoenix Boats, Gilliam’s Marine, Russell Barnett Automotive and A-Plus Fasteners set for 4 April 2015
Winchester TN (February 16, 2015) For the past 40 plus years the Tims Ford Bass Club has hosted and sponsored the largest open tournament in Southern Middle Tennessee. This tournament is the first Saturday of April every year and draws in over 160 teams from as far away as Lexington KY and Tuscaloosa AL. Tims Ford Bass Club has guaranteed the payout for the top 20 boats totaling over $13,000 in cash and prizes with First Place being $2500, Second $1500 and third place $1000 and two $1000 Big Fish Awards, all thanks to the tournament sponsors help.
Entry form for the tournament can be obtained at local sporting goods stores, Tracker Boating Center, Both Gilliam's Marine Dealerships, All Seasons Outdoors, via Facebook “Tims Ford Bass Club” or by contacting any of the Tims Ford Bass Club Members. Cost is $100 per boat with entries being excepted now until the blast off on 4 April 2015. Furthermore, TFBC members will be present at the Tims Ford Bass Club to except entries from 4pm until 8pm.
